Things are starting to rock-n-roll over at the ol' flip house.....

We got the ceiling fan installed in the kitchen last night so that........are you ready for this............

the tile guy can see to install the countertops in the kitchen......yes, you heard me right, someone else is going to install the tile....My sweet husband is so over worked he has decided to let someone else do it...Now, we ALL know he can and does a fabulous job, but he has NO time......I so excited...It's like Christmas this week....We went to Home Depot and purchased a kitchen sink, all the trim work, faucets, tile, and lights....I can't wait to get this house staged....That is actually what I have been waiting for all this time.....
